The Blessings in a Backpack - Michigan Advisory Board is willing to assist any school district to implement a Blessings in a Backpack program. We have overseen a successful pilot program, phased in schools and partnered with an entire school district. We can work with your school district personal to provide a future for your at risk students. Please contact Blessings in a Backpack - Michigan and we will be happy to assist you.

Michigan

• Avondale School District - schools in the communities of Auburn Hills, Troy, Rochester Hills and Bloomfield Township
  

• Clawson School District
  

• East China School District - Marine City
  

• Rochester Community Schools - schools in the communities of Rochester and Rochester Hills
  

• South Redford School District - Redford Township

Nationally

• The program is currently operating in 20 states and at 155 schools. An additional 100 schools are preparing to begin in September of 2010.

• States that currently have programs: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, and Virginia
